Shipping and Payment

Delivery Areas

Neopeps LLC delivers exclusively within the European Union.

We currently ship to the following EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping fees are as follows: Germany €6.49; all other European Union Member States €14.49.

Customers located outside the European Union may still place orders by using an EU-based delivery address (e.g. parcel station, forwarding service, or third-party address). Orders can be placed through the standard checkout process without restrictions if an EU delivery address is used.

Customers are responsible for arranging any forwarding or collection from the EU delivery address to their final destination.

Neopeps LLC does not ship directly to non-EU destinations. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable import regulations, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and related charges in their respective country.

Shipping Process

Order fulfillment and shipping are handled via our logistics partner located within the European Union.

Orders are processed only after full and irrevocable payment has been received and confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not legally binding. Neopeps LLC does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products sold strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only, returns, exchanges, and cancellations after order processing are excluded.

Neopeps LLC does not accept product returns once an order has been prepared, processed, or shipped. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying order accuracy prior to completing the purchase.

This exclusion applies irrespective of shipping method, payment method, or destination country.

Bank Transfer Payment

Payment via bank transfer must be made in full to the bank account specified in the order confirmation email.

The buyer is required to state their full name as the payment reference. Payments without a clear and matching reference may result in processing delays.

All bank charges, intermediary fees, currency conversion costs, or other transaction-related expenses shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. The order shall not be considered paid until the full invoiced amount has been received without deduction.

Bank transfer payments are considered final once received and allocated to the respective order. Once an order has been processed, refunds, payment reversals, or disputes are excluded.

If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days from the date of order placement, Neopeps LLC reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.

Under no circumstances will any order be prepared, processed, or shipped prior to confirmed receipt of full payment.

Cryptocurrency Payment

Neopeps LLC accepts payment in selected cryptocurrencies as specified during the checkout process.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the correct wallet address, network, and exact payment amount are used. Transactions sent to an incorrect address, via an unsupported network, or with insufficient funds cannot be recovered.

All blockchain transaction fees shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. An order shall only be considered paid once the full invoiced amount has been received and sufficiently confirmed on the respective blockchain network.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once payment has been confirmed, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or disputes are excluded.
