Shipping and Payment

1. Delivery Areas

Neopeps LLC delivers exclusively to delivery addresses located within the European Union. We currently ship to the following EU Member States:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not ship directly to destinations outside the European Union. Orders with a delivery address outside the European Union cannot be accepted.

If a buyer independently arranges forwarding or onward transport from an EU delivery address, this is done entirely at the buyer’s own responsibility and risk. Neopeps LLC does not arrange, support, control, or assume responsibility for any forwarding outside the European Union.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are as follows:

  • Germany: €6.49
  • All other EU Member States: €14.49

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted. Additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, return shipments, or reshipments may be charged to the buyer.

3. Shipping Process

Order fulfillment and shipping are handled through our logistics partner located within the European Union. Fulfillment is currently handled from Poland.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and cryptocurrency, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Orders are shipped via DHL or another carrier selected by Neopeps LLC or its logistics partner. Tracking information will be provided where available. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

4. Processing Times

Orders are usually prepared for fulfillment after payment has been received and confirmed. Neopeps LLC does not guarantee same-day processing or dispatch.

Orders may be delayed if payment cannot be matched to the order, if payment is incomplete, if order information is inaccurate, or if compliance concerns arise.

5. Delivery Risk

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, Neopeps LLC may, after reasonable investigation, provide a replacement shipment.

Neopeps LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, force majeure events, or circumstances outside Neopeps LLC’s reasonable control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. If delivery fails due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the buyer, the buyer shall bear any additional shipping costs, return costs, storage fees, or reshipment costs.

Neopeps LLC is not obligated to refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to buyer-provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Damaged Goods

If products arrive damaged, the buyer must notify Neopeps LLC on the day the package is opened. The buyer must provide clear photo or video evidence showing:

8. Incorrect Goods

If the buyer receives an incorrect product, the buyer must notify Neopeps LLC on the day the package is opened. The buyer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the received product, product label, packaging, and order details.

Si la reclamación es aprobada, Neopeps LLC enviará el producto correcto o proporcionará otra solución razonable a su discreción.

9. Returns and Cancellations

El comprador puede solicitar la cancelación de un pedido antes de que este haya sido procesado, empaquetado o enviado. Las solicitudes de cancelación deben enviarse a info@neopeps.net.

Neopeps LLC se reserva el derecho de rechazar solicitudes de cancelación si el pedido ya ha sido procesado, empaquetado, entregado al socio de logística o enviado.

Due to the nature of the products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations after order processing are generally excluded for research peptides and products requiring specific or verifiable storage conditions. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying order accuracy before completing the purchase.

10. Return Exception for Bacteriostatic Water

El agua bacteriostática puede ser elegible para devolución solo si se cumplen todas las siguientes condiciones:

  • El producto no está abierto
  • El producto está sin usar
  • El sello original está completamente intacto
  • El embalaje está intacto
  • El producto ha sido almacenado correctamente
  • El retorno ha sido aprobado por escrito por Neopeps LLC antes de su envío de regreso a nosotros.

No se aceptarán devoluciones no autorizadas. Los gastos de envío de la devolución y cualquier cargo relacionado correrán a cargo del comprador, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario por escrito.

11. Bank Transfer Payment

Payment via bank transfer must be made in full to the bank account specified in the order confirmation email. The buyer is required to state their full name or order number as the payment reference. Payments without a clear and matching reference may result in processing delays.

All bank charges, intermediary bank fees, currency conversion costs, or other transaction-related expenses shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. The order shall not be considered paid until the full invoiced amount has been received without deduction.

If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days from the date of order placement, Neopeps LLC reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice. Under no circumstances will any order be prepared, processed, packed, or shipped before confirmed receipt of full payment.

12. Cryptocurrency Payment

Neopeps LLC accepts payment in selected cryptocurrencies as specified during the checkout process. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the correct wallet address, blockchain network, and exact payment amount are used.

Transactions sent to an incorrect address, via an unsupported network, with an incorrect token, or with insufficient funds cannot be recovered by Neopeps LLC. All blockchain transaction fees shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.

An order shall only be considered paid once the full invoiced amount has been received and sufficiently confirmed on the respective blockchain network. Neopeps LLC is not responsible for losses caused by buyer error, incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect blockchain networks, insufficient transaction fees, failed transactions, or irreversible blockchain transfers.

13. Payment Disputes

If the buyer believes that a payment was made incorrectly or cannot be matched to an order, the buyer must contact Neopeps LLC directly at info@neopeps.net.

The buyer should provide the order number, payment reference, payment date, amount, and proof of payment.

14. Product Use Reminder

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the products are purchased solely for professional, commercial, laboratory, or research purposes.
